When I first saw http://www.ksavb.com/ I could hardly believe that this is a phpMyFAQ installation. Indeed, there are some hints which might indicate that there is still some code left 
Have a look at http://www.ksavb.com/index.php?aktion=open. or ?aktion=kontakt. It seems that the author of these pages has heavily modified the templates to integrate vbulletin software.
Anyway, this is definitly one of the most advanced designs of a phpMyFAQ installation I’ve ever seen. Congratulations for this hard work!
