Draft template for phpmyfaq translations

No, I’m not a native speaker so this text might appear strange. Corrections and suggestions are warmly welcomed!

Dear ($name),

my name is Mathias Schindler and I’m associated with the phpMyFAQ software project from Thorsten Rinne. We recently spotted a web site from you that seems to be running a version of the phpMyFAQ. Thank you for using it. We’d love to hear any kind of feedback from you. Please do not hesitate to take part in the discussions at http://forum.phpmyfaq.de/. Thorsten can also be contacted at mailto:thorsten@phpmyfaq.de, that applies to me too: schindler@presroi.de.

It also appears that you have translated the user interface of this FAQ system into a language we do not support yet. This is actually great news since we try to increase the number of translations as much as possible. If our assumptioon was correct, you can now declare yourself as being wooed :) .

In any case, please take the following questions into your consideration:
1. Would you allow us to ship your language file from your translation with new phpMyFAQ releases?
2. Would you allow us to save your email address in order to stay in contact with you in case any future version of the phpMyFAQ needs additional sentences translated?
3. Have you thought about translating parts of the phpMyFAQ manual into your language yet?

Obviously, a yes to question 1 is currently the most desired one and should require no great effort.

We with you to stay/become as content as possible using the phpMyFAQ for your tasks.

Yours,
Mathias Schindler
